I really liked the spacious rooms and the friendly staff. The hotel is in a great location, super close to convenience stores and delicious food options. Plus, it's just a short walk to the metro, which made getting around the city super easy!
The pillows were way too soft for my liking, and I found the shared laundry situation frustrating—only one washer and dryer for everyone? ? Not cool! the place definitely feels a bit outdated, and I wasn’t a fan of the old-school key system; it made me nervous leaving my luggage behind. it wasn’t a great experience.

Thermo with tea and coffee bags, cookies in the room
Only one universal socket (not suitable for a laptop), poor breakfast, poor English among staff, inconvenient bags with shampoo and shower gel

I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip that lasted four nights, and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring all my needs were met. My room was spacious and clean, equipped with a comfortable king-size bed, a kettle, and fresh bottled water daily. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore local sights, and the on-site café offered great coffee. I also appreciated the lovely housekeeping, which respected my privacy yet provided extras right outside my door.
I couldn't recommend more this hotel.

cheap
hotel staff only cares about money instead of service. if you check out later than 12.00 they will charge 200 NT dollars an hour and if you want to change room for any reason, they will charge you 100 NT dollars for new room and for higher priced room you have to pay extra.

The room for three was spacious, with modern amenities including USB charging ports and a cozy bathroom. Daily breakfast featured a good mix of Western and Asian options. Limited nearby attractions left us wanting for evening activities.

The buffet breakfast every morning was a treat, especially the congee and freshly cooked eggs! I loved lounging by the pool and using the game room with the kids. The only downside was the limited view from our room, but it didn't take away from the enjoyment. 😊

Comfortable Stay for Families!
We enjoyed our three-night stay! The spacious room accommodated our family perfectly. The location was convenient for exploring Taipei, and the staff's willingness to help was a highlight. Make sure to ask for extra pillows if you prefer firmer options. The breakfast spread was so nice!
